Laser Tag Waiver Form

By participating in this laser tag session, you confirm that you are choosing to enter the arena and engage in active play of your own free will, fully aware that the activity involves physical movement and inherent risks.

I understand that participating in laser tag involves navigating a low-light obstacle course and interacting with other players in a fast-paced environment. I acknowledge that I may encounter risks including, but not limited to, collisions with other players or arena structures, tripping hazards, falling, and physical exertion that could lead to bruises, sprains, or other bodily injuries. I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks, including any property damage or loss of personal items that may occur while I am inside the arena.

I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the laser tag facility, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my participation in this activity. This release covers all ordinary negligence on the part of the facility, including failure to warn or maintain the premises, to the maximum extent permitted by law. I understand that this agreement bars me from bringing any legal action against the facility for injuries or damages, whether sustained through my own actions or the actions of other participants during the game.

I certify that I have read this document in its entirety, that I understand its contents, and that I am signing it freely and voluntarily. I further confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant, and I have the authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf.
