I wish to participate voluntarily in the guided tours, outdoor excursions, and adventure activities offered by the Operator. I acknowledge that these outdoor activities are inherently dynamic and involve known and unknown risks that cannot be entirely eliminated.

I fully understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with these adventure activities, which may include physical injury, illness, permanent disability, death, or property damage. I recognize that these dangers may arise from rugged terrain, unpredictable weather, equipment operation, or physical exertion, and I assume full responsibility for my participation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and covenant not to sue the Operator, its agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, death, or property damage arising out of my participation, including any claims caused by the ordinary negligence of the Operator.

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this agreement, and I sign it freely and voluntarily. I represent that I am of legal age and authorized to sign this release, either for myself or as the parent or legal guardian of a minor participant.
