Rage Room Waiver Form

By entering the Rage Room, you are voluntarily choosing to engage in high-intensity activities involving the destruction of glassware, electronics, and furniture using various smash tools. You accept that this environment is inherently hazardous and requires strict adherence to all safety protocols.

You understand that participating in a smash session involves significant risks, including but not limited to being struck by flying debris, accidental contact with blunt tools, slips on fragmented materials, and minor cuts or abrasions. Even when wearing provided protective suits, gloves, and face shields, these risks cannot be entirely eliminated. By proceeding, you knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all physical injuries or property damage that may occur to you or your belongings during your time in the room.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Rage Room operators, their employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation, including those resulting from the ordinary negligence of the facility or its staff. This release covers any harm caused by the equipment provided, the condition of the smashing area, or the failure to prevent injury, and you hereby covenant not to sue for any losses sustained while participating in these smash activities.

I confirm that I have carefully read this entire document, I fully understand its terms, and I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this binding release of liability.
