Horseback Riding Waiver Form

By signing this document, you are choosing to participate in our guided horseback trail riding excursions. We want you to be fully aware that interacting with horses involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated, regardless of the precautions taken by our guides.

You understand that horseback riding is an activity that carries a unique set of hazards. Horses are unpredictable animals by nature; they may bolt, shy, or buck without warning due to sudden sounds, environmental changes, or their own temperament. You explicitly accept all risks associated with trail riding, including the potential for falls, collisions with natural obstacles, or being kicked, bitten, or thrown, which may result in serious physical injury, permanent disability, or death. You confirm that you have the physical capability and judgment to participate in this activity.
