ATV Waiver Form

I am choosing to participate in ATV riding and off-road trail activities of my own free will, and I recognize that operating an all-terrain vehicle involves certain inherent dangers.

I understand that ATV riding takes place on unpredictable terrain and involves specific risks, including but not limited to vehicle rollovers, collisions with other riders or obstacles, exposure to dust and debris, and potential mechanical failure. I acknowledge that these conditions can lead to serious physical injury, permanent disability, or property damage, and I voluntarily accept all such risks associated with this activity.
