Questions about this waiver

What specific camp activities should I list in the Summer Camp Waiver Form?
You should include a bulleted list of your specific offerings, such as swimming, hiking, arts and crafts, or sports clinics. Clearly defining these activities ensures parents and guardians understand the scope of the camp schedule before they sign.
Does this form allow me to collect emergency contact details along with the signature?
Yes, you can add custom text fields to the template to capture emergency contact names, phone numbers, and any specific medical instructions or allergies. This keeps all essential participant data consolidated within the signed document for easy access during the camp day.
Can I hide fields on the form if they aren't relevant to a specific camp session?
Our form builder allows you to toggle fields on or off for different versions of your waiver. This is helpful if you run specialized programs, such as a day camp that does not include overnight travel or swimming, allowing you to tailor the questions to each session.
How can I share this document so parents can sign it before the first day of camp?
You can send the form via a direct link in an email or text message, or embed it directly onto your camp registration website. Once signed, the forms are automatically stored in your dashboard so you can verify completion for every attendee before they arrive.
Can camp counselors use a tablet at the sign-in station to get signatures for last-minute attendees?
You can set up your device in kiosk mode to allow parents to read and sign the form on a handheld tablet or laptop upon drop-off. The software logs the time and date of the signature, ensuring you have a digital record for every camper.
