La maggior parte dei nostri ospiti sono bambini: chi deve firmare?

Un minore non può firmare una liberatoria vincolante per se stesso; deve firmare un genitore o un tutore legale per suo conto. Se il minore è accompagnato da un altro adulto, è necessaria un'autorizzazione preventiva del tutore o che quest'ultimo compili il modulo; è necessario indicare il rapporto di parentela o tutela del firmatario con il minore per conservare traccia di chi ha prestato il consenso.
