Quel doit être le degré de précision des risques énumérés ?

Soyez précis. Une mention générique du type « les activités peuvent être dangereuses » est moins efficace que l'énumération des risques réels liés à votre attraction, tels que les collisions sur un trampoline, les chutes ou le contact avec l'équipement. Les tribunaux recherchent la preuve que le participant a compris le risque spécifique à l'origine de sa blessure ; adaptez donc le libellé aux activités réellement pratiquées par vos clients.

La plupart de nos invités sont des enfants ; qui doit signer ?

Un mineur ne peut pas signer une décharge engageante pour lui-même ; un parent ou un tuteur légal doit signer en son nom. Si l'enfant est accompagné par un autre adulte, vous devez obtenir une autorisation préalable du tuteur ou faire remplir le formulaire par celui-ci ; consignez le lien de parenté du signataire avec le mineur afin de conserver une trace de la personne ayant donné son consentement.
