¿Qué tan específicos deben ser los riesgos enumerados?

Específico. Una frase genérica como "las actividades pueden ser peligrosas" es menos efectiva que mencionar los riesgos reales de su atracción: colisiones en un trampolín, caídas o contacto con el equipo. Los tribunales buscan pruebas de que el participante comprendió el riesgo específico que causó la lesión, por lo que debe adaptar el lenguaje a lo que los invitados realmente hacen.

La mayoría de nuestros invitados son niños, ¿quién firma?

Un menor de edad no puede firmar una exención de responsabilidad vinculante por sí mismo; un padre o tutor legal debe firmarla en su nombre. Si otro adulto acompaña al menor, se requiere una autorización previa del tutor o que este complete el formulario; registre la relación del firmante con el menor para dejar constancia de quién otorgó el consentimiento.
